From corporate leadership positions to leading successful business development teams, Paul Salvatore has been orchestrating successful Meetings, Incentive, Conference and Event strategies for more than 40 years.  His success has been attributed to developing strong business and partner relationships across all travel supplier channels and has delivered innovative top line growth strategies through collaborating meeting and event programs with TMC, Corporate Sales and Account Management teams.  

 

Prior to re-engagement in Robustelli meetings and incentives launch in 2020, Paul Salvatore has worked in four top performing global travel companies.  Salvatore began his career in sales for Robustelli Travel and was appointed CEO and was integral in Robustelli’s HRG merger and acquisition and continued on with HRG in its global meetings and event leadership team.  Following HRG, Salvatore was a senior leader in business development team for both Altour and Direct Travel.  

 

Salvatore brings an incredible core team of incentive and SMMP specialists and his network is considered one of the most influential in the MICE marketplace. Salvatore knows innovation is the key to travel success and partnered/aligned with CVENT from a 10-person start-up to global leader.  He continues to fosters relationships with the next generation of essential and breakthrough technology solutions.  

 

From meetings and events travel, promotional product integration to top-line digital production, Salvatore contributes leadership for third-party business development and operations expertise in new go to market solutions and client messaging.  

 

Paul is headquartered out of Stamford, Connecticut where lives with his wife Tina.
