Eric Ediger is a technology and AI executive with more than 15 years of experience translating emerging technology into commercial value. He has led enterprise technology strategy and architecture, built global teams, and brought new products to market.

During his tenure as Global Head of Automation and Machine Learning at Corporate Travel Management (CTM), Eric led enterprise AI strategy, governance, and delivery. He built CTM’s global AI organization and established its strategic roadmap, aligning regional teams around shared capabilities and business priorities. He also secured board approval for CTM’s AI governance framework.

Eric previously served as CTM’s Executive Director of Product Development for North America, where he shaped product strategy and built a multidisciplinary product organization. He aligned technology and business teams around customer needs and helped establish the foundation for CTM’s broader AI capabilities. Earlier in his career, he held senior product roles at The Walt Disney Company.

His experience spans travel, digital media, transportation technology, and e-commerce, with a consistent focus on connecting technology investment to customer needs and business results.
