A qualified paralegal with over 25 years’ experience in professional contracting, procurement and commercial litigation. Initially working in large law firms with senior partners on complex litigation matters; then graduating to reviewing and drafting contractual and court documentation. After leaving the law firm environment she spent many years as a contract professional leading a series of reforms and operating as a liaison between the contracts function and the sales or procurement function of major Canadian businesses such as RBC, Rogers Communication and Canada Post.
In January of 2013 Yvonne opened McTeague Consulting and since then has been contracted by a variety of businesses as in independent consultant conducting win/loss analyses. The purpose of which is to learn more about how corporations procure services and how they evaluate their needs as buyers. Ultimately this process provides the business with a better understanding on how it performed and how it was evaluated during the RFP process.
Yvonne resides in Toronto, Canada with her husband and son.
