I started my career in travel by accident, with a 3-week contract to drive the delivery van for Travicom, way back in 1989.  Since then, I have spent 30 years working in the travel industry that has included all 3 GDS, An Airline, Major Hotel chain, Top 10 Travel Management Company and Payments provider, before starting my own Consulting business in 2019.

 

During that time I have sold and implemented solutions for hundreds of Corporate clients and their TMCs, with travel programmes and spend ranging from £100,000 to over £500m globally.  With over 20 years combined experience at Travelport, Amadeus and Sabre, I understand the complexity that goes into selecting, contracting and successfully implementing new travel technology or process - where the gaps and pitfalls are and how to avoid them to get the best from your technology partners.
