The travel industry has been challenged to develop a universally accepted benchmarking system to measure the effectiveness of a travel program. PTC developed the Managed Travel Indexsm which is currently offered by NBTA for a subscription. You can see the overview of the tool and sign up for a subscription. In addition, PTC offers customized benchmarking by industry, size of company or geographic region. |
